Selay Kaya, one of our founding partners, completed her high school education at Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School and graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2007. She worked as the Execution and Bankruptcy Law Department Manager in Turkey's leading law firms for many years, providing consultancy services to her clients on the resolution of legal disputes. With over fifteen years of experience, she provides services in the fields of Corporate and Commercial Law and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law to clients operating in the construction, textile, metal and pharmaceutical industries, especially financial institutions such as banks and factoring companies. Selay is a Trademark and Patent attorney registered with the Turkish Trademark and Patent Office.

Aydemir Özer, one of the founding lawyers of our office, completed his high school education at Kayseri Nuh Mehmet Küçükçalık Anatolian High School and graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2008. He worked as the Litigation and Consultancy Department Manager in Turkey's leading law firms for many years. With his many years of professional experience, he provides consultancy services such as the preparation and legal evaluation of contracts to which his clients are parties, as well as the follow-up of cases in different areas of law, especially Private Law. Aydemir Özer is currently continuing his master's degree at Galatasaray University.

Gülan Çavlı Kayzum, Senior Managing Associate of our office's Labor Law Department, graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2007. She successfully completed her master’s degree in law at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2018. She worked in Turkey's leading law firms in the fields of Labor and Social Security Law, Human Rights Law, and Administrative Law. Gülan Çavlı Kayzum, who has been working as an expert in Labor Courts along with her legal profession since 2019, joined Kaya & Özer Attorney Partnership in 2023.

After completing her high school education at İçel Anatolian High School, Ayşe Mihriban Uğuz graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2023. During her undergraduate education, she attended trainings in different fields of law and did internships in different law firms during the summer periods. Focusing on Private Law, Mihriban joined Kaya & Özer Attorney Partnership in 2023.
